Although most of Lake Chelan’s visitors make time to visit in the summer, locals know that fall is when the real magic happens. The leaves shift from green to a stunning array of yellows, reds and browns. The mornings are crisp, the days are still sunny and we eagerly wait for the grapes to tell us when they’re ready to come off the vine. October is a time for lovers, friends and families alike – from harvest and crush celebrations to haunted houses and live music. Join us this month in Manson as we enjoy all the incredible activities the Lake Chelan Valley has to offer!

Scarecrow Awards – October 30
Come to the Harvest Party in downtown Manson on October 30 to vote for your favorite scarecrow! Meet ours:
Loony Lenny looks over the Rio Vista Vineyard on the river. But…one day the vines of the Vineyard came alive and attacked poor Lenny. He ran as fast as he could to the Cabin in Manson, losing his shoes on the way. Now he sits on the stoop at the cabin and drinks Rio Vista wine all day except in the mornings when he drinks pumpkin spice lattes, because you can’t drink wine all day!
We hope to see you this month at The Cabin tasting room in downtown Manson and at our winery on the river!
