Taste the new vintage of red wines right from the barrel.
The use of oak plays a significant role in wine making and in the ultimate quality of the wine. Winemaker John Little will be pouring samples of wine with different oak treatments right from the barrel for you to taste and compare. Each sample will tell the story of how oak affects the color, flavor, tannin and texture of the wine….and it’s a fascinating story.
BOAT TO THE WINERY
